I’ve heard of sauceless and cheeseless pizza but never a doughless one. I did some browsing and seeing how I was in the mood to try something new, this was perfect! This doughless pizza involves the use of potatoes rather than dough. I know that sounds weird but apparently it works. The process engages slicing potatoes into very thin slices (angel hair like) and using that as the base. The rest actually is straight forward like a regular pizza. Looking forward to trying it and will post photos!

I wouldn’t know how big I can make this but I will try the small one first to get the hang of it.
